Ordering macarons before 12:00 PM allows us to deliver them the next day. However, we recommend having them delivered one or two days earlier, as they can be kept refrigerated for up to five days after receipt. This way, if there is a delay, it won't immediately become a problem. We also make macarons with a logo, but we need two to three days for that. If you're in a hurry, please give us a call; we can usually arrange this quickly. French and Belgian macarons are frozen after production to preserve all the flavors and maintain their crunch, while the macaron filling remains soft and moist.
