Delivery macarons
If you choose individual macarons from us, the minimum order quantity is 12 pieces. Due to the quality of the packaging and the sending of refrigeration, it is not possible for us to ship smaller orders. Chocolate products are excepted from this. When you place an order, you will always receive a confirmation email with the order number. If you do not receive this, the order has not yet been completed. (this also sometimes ends up in the spam filter)
Delivery takes place within 24 hours if the product is ordered before 1 p.m. (except macarons with logo or large orders (delivery time in consultation, macarons with logo +/- 2 days). Products are delivered on Monday to Saturday.
No products are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you order during the weekend, the first delivery day is on Tuesday.
Cooling
We ship the order in Packs, well packaged and with a cooling element in the packaging. We deliver to Belgium with Postnl.
The macarons can be kept in the refrigerator for 5 days after receipt.
Order on time
Do you need macarons for an event or birthday? Have them delivered a day earlier. They can be kept in the refrigerator for another 5 days without loss of quality. This way you don't make the delivery too exciting.
Postage costs
The prices on our website include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. We charge €7.50 shipping costs per order per delivery address in the Netherlands. If you have a larger number of delivery addresses, we will quote the delivery costs separately.
Why shipping costs? Some online shops do not charge shipping costs, but it costs money, which is often included in the price of the products. We like to keep things clear and the deliverers are often the victims of the low shipping costs. We are not in favor of this. Not only the courier, but also the box, the cooling element and the packing employee cost money. The €6.95 is therefore only to cover the costs.
